In partnership with the Columbia Housing Authority, Ward Mungo Companies helped advance the development of Oak Terrace, a thoughtfully designed senior housing community in Columbia, South Carolina. Located on the same site as Oak Park, this mid-rise building features 95 one-bedroom apartments created specifically for residents ages 62 and older. The community delivers safe, high-quality, and accessible homes that support aging in place, reflecting our commitment to affordable senior housing development in Columbia, SC.
