Esau Jenkins Village is a thoughtfully planned senior housing community on Johns Island, South Carolina, developed in partnership with Sea Island LP. The project includes three buildings, featuring a dedicated community building and 72 high-quality apartment homes designed for residents 62 and older.

In partnership with the Columbia Housing Authority, Ward Mungo Companies helped advance the development of Oak Terrace, a thoughtfully designed senior housing community in Columbia, South Carolina. Located on the same site as Oak Park, this mid-rise building features 95 one-bedroom apartments created specifically for residents ages 62 and older.

Ward Mungo Companies partnered with the Columbia Housing Authority to redevelop Gonzalez Gardens into The Oaks at St. Anna’s Park, a thoughtfully planned multifamily community in Columbia, South Carolina. The project features 194 mixed-income rental townhome units, providing affordable and workforce housing that meets the needs of families across the city.

Ward Mungo Companies partnered with Home Communities to develop Highpoint Ft. Mill, a thoughtfully planned residential community in Fort Mill, South Carolina. The project features 24 units across 12 one-story duplexes, each with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a garage, providing affordable and workforce housing options designed for families and professionals.

Ward Mungo Companies partnered with Agave Development to deliver Agave Highhill, a thoughtfully designed single-family home in Columbia, South Carolina. This 3,600 sq. ft. home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, providing a high-quality, attainable housing option for families seeking comfort, functionality, and long-term value.

Ward Mungo Companies partnered with Richland County to lead the reconstruction and rehabilitation of 35 single-family homes following significant flood damage in Columbia, South Carolina. This project provided attainable and workforce housing solutions, helping families return to safe, resilient, and well-designed homes.

Ward Mungo Companies partnered with the Housing Authority of the City of Columbia to develop Rosewood Hills, a thoughtfully planned residential community in Columbia, South Carolina.
